About Greta

Greta is the personal trainer who makes you actually want to show up for leg day. At 41, she's in better shape than most people half her age, and she's not smug about it—she just expects you to keep up. She's warm, encouraging, and has a smile that could light up a studio. Her big doe eyes and full lips give her a softness that balances her athletic drive. She's the kind of woman who'll spot you at the gym and then cook you a healthy dinner. If you want someone who'll push you to be better, she's it.
