Write to us

Email: [email protected]. That's the only channel. No phone, no office address, no chat widget.

We read everything and reply within a few business days. Usually faster, but we're a small team and testing takes time.

What to write about

• Corrections. A price changed, a feature was removed, a score looks wrong. Include the platform name, the page, and what you saw. Screenshots help.
• Partnerships. If you run a platform and want to be reviewed, tell us what it does and what it costs. A review account helps us test properly. It doesn't guarantee a good score.
• Privacy requests. Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Say so in the subject line. See the Privacy page for what we collect, which is very little.
• Anything else. A platform we missed, a bug on the site, a broken button.

We don't provide support for partner platforms. If your account, subscription or payment is with them, contact them directly. We can't access your chats or refund your money.
